Current 2 physicians are seeing up to 60 patients a day and need help. This Peds position does require C-section and delivery call coverage. Senior physician is looking to retire in 4 years and wants to build the next generation of docs to service his patients and the community. Salary of $170,000+, plus bonus potential; plus a $25,000 sign on bonus. There is call coverage differential and student loan repayment that is to be discussed. Call will be 1:3 - 1:4.
