• Located in Arizona
• Physician to join a large Multispecialty Group Practice affiliated with the Hospital
• Ideal Candidate would have 2-5 years of experience, and Fellowship trained in MSK or Sports Med
• Includes covering the Acute Rehab Units for 2 local Hospitals
• One Hospital has 300 beds and the other has 144 beds
• Physician will also cover the development of the Sports Med Program
• May play a critical role as the Medical Director of the Inpatient Rehab Unit
• No Visa candidates can be accepted
• Employment with Salary (RVU based)
