Ortho Surgery "Year 1: Base Salary Guarantee: $105,000. Salary floor of $90,000. Year 2 and beyond: conversion to $/wRVU based salary, plus incentive program. Performance Incentive Bonus: up to 16% of base. Sign-on Bonus: $10,000.
Relocation: $5,000 (only if applicable). Paid time off: 30 days per year (vacation, sick leave, holiday and required CME). Health, dental, vision & retirement benefits. CME Allowance: $2,500 per year. Full time: 40 hours per week.

The hospital is a part of a not-for-profit healthcare system that consists of two hospitals. It is a regional referral center servicing over 580,000 residents. They have about 38,000 ER visits annually and 14,065 annual inpatients. There are approximately 1,600 annual births. ICU/CCU Beds 15/16. 15 OR suites, 2 heart, 1 endo/angio and 1 cysto. Outpatient surgery center, 14 LDRP and 32 NICU beds. Level II PICU. Cancer Center, Cath Lab (7 suites), Hospitalist program, Neuroscience program, vascular lab, CT MRI, Ultrasound, and bariatric program. Academic affiliation available through OHSU.
