Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare System located in the greater Chicago area is recruiting a new Child Psychiatrist for the Rockford, Illinois campus.
The position can be full-time or part-time. Duties include admission evaluations, treatment planning and direct patient care for children and adolescents in a residential treatment setting. Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare System (SBHS ) is the largest free-standing behavioral health system for children and adolescents in Illinois. The sole focus of Streamwood's programs is on child and adolescent care allowing us to provide a full continuum of care including Inpatient, Partial, Outpatient, Residential and Therapeutic School services.
Treatment is individualized and provided by a multidisciplinary clinical team comprised of Psychiatrists and clinical staff supported by a strong administrative team. SBHS serves as a training ground for the University of IL at Chicago and Midwestern University.
