Freestanding child and adolescent facility just north of Austin, Texas is seeking a locum tenens Psychiatrist. This job opportunity will find you in a quaint “Old West” town deep in the heart of Texas. Set in the rolling hills on 30 acres of lush country, this hospital provides psychiatric services to several counties with a full complement of child and adolescent services, with 72 beds, an acute unit, and outpatient services. The locums day would consist of overseeing one unit; average patient census is 12-14 patients per day. Call is 1:4. Outstanding compensation, malpractice, travel, and lodging are included in this great opportunity. This could be a locums to permanent position and they will consider permanent only candidates.
