Busy mental health provider in Florida has a highly prestigious and sought-after job opportunity for either a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist or a General Psychiatrist with a lot of experience with patients younger than 18. The preferred candidate to fill this position will be a team player with an interest in helping the organization grow with the needs of the community, flexible, enthusiastic, and someone who truly enjoys working with children and loves Psychiatry. The locked inpatient unit is a crisis stabilization unit with an average length of stay of 2.4 days before patients are transitioned to either partial hospitalization or outpatient therapy. Call is shared 1:5 with an excellent triage system in place so that you will not receive calls after 9 PM, and those that do reach you are handled via phone.
