The foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee are home to a residential treatment facility for adolescents. Their staff is short a physician - one either Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Psychiatry with a lot of experience with this patient population or one with a Child/Adolescent Fellowship. This job opportunity is a mixture of clinical and administrative and has work hours M-F, 8-5. Your day will include some outpatient appointments, as well as overseeing staff and social workers and interacting with the patients’ families. Patient population is 13-17; many of them have been unsuccessful with other programs in the past. A competitive salary and benefit package will be offered to the chosen candidate.
