Sutter Health-affiliated Gould Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for its Behavioral Health Department in its new care center in Modesto, California. The eleven member department, consisting of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Marriage and Family Therapists, and one other Nurse Practitioner, will work collaboratively with the incoming Nurse Practitioner to identify, coordinate, and evaluate appropriate health care services for patients. This position assists with consults in outlying clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and at Sutter-affiliated Memorial Medical Center. For higher acuity patients, a home visit may be required. This position will also provide education, counsel, and support to patients and family members.
