Our ACT teams (which we call CTT, Community Treatment Teams) work with people to keep them safe in the community and help them reach their individual goals. Each of our four comprehensive teams includes psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, case managers, and other professionals, all of whom work together. The program is an intensive approach to community-based mental health that provides services in the community and in peoples homes.
