Medical Director and Staff Position. Positions are fulltime providing patient care for children, adolescents and/or adults with general psychiatric, substance abuse and dual diagnoses depending on physician?s specialty training. Duties include initial evaluations and assessments, treatment team leadership and daily care of patients in assigned caseload. Participation in assigned medical staff meetings and medical record documentation are critical responsibilities as well. If the position also includes administrative/clinical responsibilities these may include supervision to other physicians and clinical staff, program development and liaison activities with community referral sources and managed care companies.
