Allergy & Immunology Job Details Apply for Job
Description Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist with a desire to teach and work with residents is needed for this academic/clinical job opportunity in a progressive, growing city in North Dakota. Duties include a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, supervising residents 1:4 weekends, and there is opportunity to do research if that is of interest. Call is a ?tag-team? approach, so there are always two physicians on the schedule at once; keeping the actual number of calls each has to field at a very manageable number. Compensation is well above the national average and the benefits offered to hospital employees are excellent. The metropolitan community will offer the best of both worlds: On one hand, large enough to support many of the amenities of a larger urban setting, and yet are not so big as to generate some of the drawbacks of larger urban centers such as crime, traffic congestion, and pollution. Several universities in the area not only offer options for higher education, but they bring cultural events and sporting competitions to residents and exciting curriculum additions to the school system. The Minnesota Lake Country is available for hiking, fishing, boating, camping, and other outdoor adventures. For more urban excursions, Minneapolis is an easy trip for weekend getaways.
