Duties include a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, supervising residents 1:4 weekends, and there is opportunity to do research if that is of interest. Call is a ?tag-team? approach, so there are always two physicians on the schedule at once; keeping the actual number of calls each has to field at a very manageable number.
