* Employed position with a call of 1:5 - three to six month ramp-up period
* 75th percentile earnings potential first year with RVU production
* Intensivists will be considered - Strong focus on COPD, asthma and hypertension
* 18-bed ICU expanding to 24
* 264 hours of PTO annually
