Chicago Pulmonary Critical Care position!!! A cushy job awaits the right physician in one of Illinois finest cities. This position does not involve any primary care and consists of 99% inpatient consults. The perfect candidate for this position will be fluent in Spanish, because a large percentage of their patients speak Spanish. There is a good mix of Pulmonary and Critical Care patients and a potential for Sleep, but this is not the great need. There is a shared call schedule that is every other weekend, but is very light due to the Internal Medicine residents taking the first calls. If you enjoy teaching, there is an affiliation with the University of Chicago. This group offers great pay, full benefits, and partnership down the road. As I mentioned above, the community is Chicago and this position will not last long due to the quality of the position and the demand to live in this great city!
