$500,000 Potential based on historical data
* $300,000 Salary
* $45,000 Signing Bonus
* $2,000 a month Fellowship Stipend
* $360 a night call stipend (above and on top of salary)
* 1:4 Call = $32,850 per year
* 1:3 Call = $43,800 per year
* 1:2 Call = $65,700 per year
* Call is flexible – 1:2, 1:3 or even 1:4
* Year one = $377,850 to $410,700 (based on call schedule) + Bonus
* Bonus is 50% of all dollars collected over $600,000
* Future Directorship opportunities
* EICU helps limit some of the night call
* One year partnership track
* Specialty Hospital / Surgery Center buy in
* Investment paid off in 3 years / 3 year return on investment
* Buy-in to the practice does not include goodwill
* Need exists for 2 Pulmonologists, so you can relocate with a colleague
* Open to exceptional J1 or H1 candidates
