Practice can be straight Pulmonology, Pulm/CC or Pulm/Sleep
Hospital is 1 year old and technologically advance
Level III Trauma Center that has neurosurgery, trauma surgery and an open heart program
18 bed open ICU with an average census of 14
Physicians do central lines and manage vents in the ICU
2 mid-levels in the practice take initial call
