Employed position. Outpatient pulmonary consult and sleep medicine practice. Work with a team of 3 board certified Pulmonologists and 2 FNP\'s.
Full-time position: 36-40 hours with a shared call schedule. No critical care or inpatient management. Guaranteed salary for the first year. Conversion to a $/wRVU based salary, plus incentive program in year 2 and beyond. 4 year service commitment is required.
Base compensation: $300,000 - $325,000. Performance Incentive Bonus: up to 16% of base. Sign-on Bonus: $25,000. Retention Bonus: $50,000. Relocation: $12,500. Paid time off: 30 days per year (vacation, sick leave, holiday and required CME). Health, dental, vision & retirement benefits. CME Allowance: $5,000 per year.
The hospital is a part of a not-for-profit healthcare system that consists of two hospitals. It services an area of over 100,000.
