Compensation / Benefits
Salary: $360 - $400K + bonus potential
Year 1: full income guarantee with bonus potential
Year 2: full income production based on wRVUs
Potential for year 2 base salary with production
Term of Contract: Three year
Sign-on: Bonus will be discussed with candidate during on-site interview
