THE POSITION:
Our client, Vantage Oncology, seeks a Radiation Oncologist for a busy location in Prescott, Arizona. The new physician will join a long-established physician who plans to retire in the next three years. Vantage operates three centers in the Prescott area that the physician will staff, all within 10 minutes of one another. These are state-of-the-art cancer centers with beautiful facilities and dedicated staff. This is an excellent opportunity to invest in the technical component of your practice, while maintaining clinical autonomy.

THE PRACTICE:
General Radiation Oncology
20 to 25 patients per day
IMRT, IGRT, 3-D Conformal Radiation and Brachytherapy

Varian Clinac® 21EX Linear Accelerator with On Board Imagers KV and Cone Beam CT
MV ASI 1000 with Exact Arm EPID
Aria 8.6 and 2 Eclipse Treatment Planning Systems

The new physician will join an existing Professional Corporation (P.C.) and receive a competitive salary guarantee, plus production bonus. Within two years the physician will have the opportunity to buy in as an investor in the center.
