Do not miss this rare Radiation Oncology locum tenens job opportunity in St. Louis, Missouri. Join the locums pool for one of the Gateway City's premier hospital systems for sporadic weeks of vacation coverage throughout the remainder of 2011. Coverage dates begin in August and will include dates in September, ASTRO week, October, November, and December. A typical day will be 7:30a - 4:00p with no call. Specific dates and days (all weekdays) will vary for each occurrence, but will be at either one of two St. Louis hospital locations (one location per assignment). Patient volume is expected to be between 18-23 PPD, and procedures include IMRT, IGRT, 3D Conformal Therapy, and HDR (which is a major plus). Locums will need to be comfortable in a modern IMRT/IGRT environment. There is no HCR or Seeds required. Equipment includes Varian IX Accelerators, Phillips CT Simulators, Eclipse Treatment Planning, and Mosaic/Impac EMR.
