One Radiation Oncologist needed to come and enjoy beautiful southern Georgia for a long-term locum tenens job opportunity this spring. This is a great multi-location, multi-specialty practice that is seeking coverage while they recruit for another full-time physician. Locums-to-permanent candidates are also warmly welcomed. A typical day is Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00, covering 23-25 outpatients and 3-5 new consults per day. There is one other Radiation Oncologist and a full support staff, including an RN, Physicist, Radiation Therapists, and a full admin team. Locums physician will need to be comfortable with IGRT, IMRT, HDR, 3D Conformal, and Mosaic EMR. Locums must be Board Certified and a Radioactive Materials license is helpful.
