• Physician sought to establish a new service for the hospital
• Practice will combine in/outpatient Pulmonology
• Critical Care is preferred, not required
• Sleep Medicine available
• Opportunity to establish a new PFT lab in the near future
• Expect to see 20-25 patients per day
• Cover 1 hospital
