Experienced Bariatric Surgeon needed immediately in southern Illinois. Opportunity to head up a new program with the option of being a hospital employee or in private practice. Ideal candidate would be fellowship trained in Bariatrics, but not necessary, minimal invasive advanced lap is desired, ABMS certification is required. Schedule is M-F 8am-5pm with surgical block schedule with a call schedule of 1:4 weekly. Salary is MGMA competitive with productivity bonus and benefits, including relocation. Hospital is a 104 bed with 6 bariatric beds.
