Rounding on hospitalized patients taking call on an emergent basis while physician is out on vacation. No scheduled procedures.
Will see primarily acute MI needs/bypass surgeries and paracardial windows with a few pulmonary embolisms.
Aortic dissections will be sent to another facility.
Emergency support for the on site cath lab.
Typical rounding will be 4-6 hours per day 6 patients per day
