Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our Urgent Care/Walk in Beautiful Northern Minnesota! The Practice: · Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our Urgent Care/Walk in Care practice. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive, high quality medical care for the entire family through all stages of life. · Current hours are Noon to 8pm Monday-Friday. Walk in care is provided from 12-5pm when the provider will see patients for acute care needs while also providing health maintenance and chronic disease management care. Strictly urgent care hours are 5-8pm. Weekend hours will be added. · Onsite services include, rehabilitation (speech and physical therapy), diabetic education, cardiac rehab, an anticoag clinic and diagnostic services including lab, mammography, and X-ray. MRI, CT, mammography and bone densitometry is available at Fairview Lakes Medical Center. · We have a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and every provider uses the EMR. · Practitioner leadership is valued, encouraged and supported at all levels of our organization. · 10 top health systems in the country! · Volumes: · *Average inpatient admissions (annually): 3,643 · *Average number of Emergency Department visits annually: 13,207 · *Average number of surgical cases annually: 3,258 · *Average number of deliveries annually: 375
