Healthcare clinics (21 locations-30 physicians) seeking lead physician for their new clinic located in the Seattle area; this position requires three to five years of practice experience; supervision of mid-levels on staff; staff model setting; employed position; salary plus bonus structure being offered along with incentive of addition $10-20K per year depending upon productivity; full benefits include malpractice insurance, disability insurance, medical, vision, dental, PTO, four weeks off year/one week CME; patient care is focused on the underserved community but organization is undergoing expansion which will expand patient demographics.
