Indiana Urology Opportunity - $515K + The Practice: · Hospital employed group of 3 urologists and two PAs is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join their well established practice! · Well established practice, satellite locations, firm referral patterns. · Prefer surgeons with experience and training using the DaVinci Robot. · Excellent compensation at $425,000 to start plus productivity bonus paid quarterly based on w/RVUs · Signing bonus of $50,000, student loan repayment of $30,000 and relocation up to $10,000. · Retention bonus of $25,000 after three years. · Opportunity to own mobile laser and lithotripsy unit. · Opportunity for ownership shares in successful Ambulatory Surgery Center and other Physician/Hospital Joint Ventures
