Busy private group of 4 board-certified Urologists is growing to meet increasing community demand and the retirement of 3 local urologists. This collegial group of excellent, fair-minded physicians practice in superior facilities and with a loyal staff. Strong community need guarantees that a new physician will have a vibrant practice very quickly. Flexibility in OR/office blocks. Ideal candidate will complete their fellowship in 2008, and have training in women's urology and/or training in DaVinci robot surgery.
Financial/Incentive Package:Package includes competitive income guarantee and 2-year partnership, 6 weeks PTO, malpractice (occurrence), CME stipend and annual productivity bonus. Call and consults are shared evenly.

267-bed, full-service community hospital that was recently awarded Magnet status. Leading the region in providing cutting-edge technology, the facility is also an IHI Mentoring Hospital with a demonstrated record of improving patient safety. The hospital has a 10-bed ICU, a 24/7 Hospitalist program and the ED treats over 37,000 patients each year. They employ a network of 80 primary care physicians, and independent specialists make up the rest of the 350+ medical staff.
