Urologist job in Alabama. Seeking BC/BE Urologist. Responsible for, upon referral, treating a wide range of urological conditions and diseases primarily through surgical means. Physician shall report to the CEO of hospital and clinic and/or other persons as designated by the CEO. Candidate must be M.D. or D.O., completion of U.S. Residency Program in urology. Competitive compensation and benefits package including Base Salary/Incentive of 250K per annum plus incentive: Quarterly bonus of 75% of cash collections that exceed 117K per quarter. Individual health insurance, life, disability provided as well as family coverage, optical, and dental available for an additional payroll deduction. Retirement Plan: after one year of service, 4% of base salary is contributed to a hospital-sponsored retirement plan. Physician may match this with additional contributions up to the legal limits on a tax-deferred basis. All hospital contributions are fully vested and the plan is portable should the physician ever leave hospital employment. Days Off/CME: Three weeks of paid leave in year one, plus five officially recognized hospital holidays, plus one week of CME leave. Reimbursement for CME expense up to $3,000 per year.
