• This is an employed position
• Would be joining another Vascular Surgeon
• Need is due to growth
• This is a 100% vascular surgery position
• Would do some Endovascular procedures
• MGMA guaranteed base Salary package in the 50^th %ile based on experience
• Full benefits including CME and a 403B retirement program
• Will consider 2014 Fellows
• Community serves 120,000 in a 6 county area
• Located near Louisville & Lexington
• Work out of a 222 bed Level II Trauma Center
• Hospital gets 30,000 visits per year
