Healthcare facility is seeking a surgeon who is willing to do some bread and butter general cases as needed but also be trained and have an interest in vascular or thoracic cases.
* This position would be solo with general call coverage available.

Competitive compensation of $350-375k on surgery with $25k signing bonus and $25k student loan repayment available. Relocation paid, marketing assistance, paid malpractice, and health, dental, vision insurance on employed positions. 401k with a 50% company match as well.
Contracts are 5 yrs. in length, employed or income guarantee. On employment, it becomes shared risk yrs. 2-5 with 50% of the base salary guaranteed and physician gets 95% of collections over expenses.
Community is located on the national highway U. S. 45 in southwestern Kentucky not far from the Tennessee-Kentucky border and just 20 minutes from Paducah. It is in the heart of what is known as the Purchase Area. The Purchase Parkway is a thoroughfare which runs on the northern and eastern border of the town.
The town is home to a major tire and rubber company which has its largest tire manufacturing facility located here. The raising of tobacco is also one of the community's major industries. Antiquing and folk art dealers gather annually on the third Saturday in September for the community's Antique and Folk Art Festival. The annual Christmas parade is held the first Saturday of December, kicking off the Christmas Season. A district Fair is held in June at the County Fairgrounds. Purchase Players, a local community theatre group, presents six productions a year in the historic Legion Theatre.
