MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
A. Education: M.D. or D.O., Completion of U.S. Residency Program
in general surgery plus a two-year fellowship in vascular surgery.
B. Experience: None required beyond residency.
C. Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations: Board Certified or Board Eligible with commitment, Medical License in the State of AL, and DEA/Controlled Substance License.
D. Equipment/Tools/Work Aids: Electronic Health Record
E. Specialized Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to interpret physical and laboratory/diagnostic findings and follow-up with necessary actions.
F. Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity and visual acuity necessary to utilize the electronic health record and perform all aspects of a patient examination; verbal communication and hearing ability to communicate with a multitude of patients and customers.
