These hospitals are about 15 minutes apart and the volumes range from 18,000 to 46,000 annual patient visits.? The largest hospital is a Level II Trauma Center and the smallest facility has an Osteopathic residency program.? Physicians are hospital employees and hospital is offering competitive compensation plus rate adjustment when biweekly hours exceed 80; full benefits, paid CME, pension plan, paid malpractice insurance, etc.?
