Job Description
Medical Oncology The community has a population of just under 60,000. We offer numerous arts, cultural, outdoor and entertainment activities. ? International Airport can get you anywhere in the country. Live in a family oriented community with a low crime rate, affordable housing and an average commute time of 12 minutes or less. Increasing Community need and stretched practices for our two fulltime Medical Oncologists (we have 5 on our Team) are the impetus to hire another fulltime Medical Oncologist. Our two fulltime Physicians see an average of 23 patients per day for follow up, clinical study, and treatment. Clinic begins at 9am and closes at 5pm M-F. Call Coverage is rotated. Employment is offered through the hospital. Based on a productivity model, MGMA based compensation is complimented with comprehensive benefits including: paid vacation, retirement plan, generous CME, relocation assistance, and malpractice. Base Salary is negotiable, starting around $400,000 with Production. Chemo is mixed On Site and administered by RN?s and /NP?s We do have Tumor Registry.
